The 3 Villas accommodate 8 people each. They are similar and offer the same amenities. The differences are in the furniture and house orientation. Villa 1 has one less bathroom.

4 bedrooms. Two with a double bed and two with single beds (which can be joined).
3 bathrooms, with a shower and hairdryer.
Living-dining room, with sofas, a large table, chairs, and a TV.
Open-plan kitchen integrated into the dining area, equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, cooktop, Italian and Nespresso coffee makers, kitchenware, toaster, kettle, etc.
Villa 2:
4 bedrooms. Two with a double bed and two with single beds (can be joined).
4 bathrooms, with a shower and hairdryer.
Living room with sofas, tables, and TV.
Dining kitchen, equipped with a table and chairs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, cooktop, Italian and Nespresso coffee makers, kitchenware, toaster, kettle, etc.

4 bedrooms. Three with a double bed and one with single beds (can be joined).

All Villas include:
Air conditioning in all the rooms, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, and iron.

Prices and Conditions

Check rates by email, as these vary depending on how far in advance you book, the number of guests, the duration of the stay, and the dates.
In general, the prices for this accommodation are mide-range+.
The minimum stay is 6-7 nights, depending on the dates.
However, check with us, as there may be availability.
Prices include taxes, sheets, towels (bathroom and swimming pool), and arrival and departure cleaning.
Towels changed every 3-4 days, sheets changed every 7 days.
Cleaning during your stay is not included.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To book, a 50% deposit is required.
The balance is paid 30 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation, payments are non-refundable.
However, if the client informs us of their inability to occupy the property and it is re-rented (with the client’s authorization), the new booking will entitle them to a refund of the recovered amount, minus management fees.
If the client does not show up, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Are the Villas very close to each other?
No, each Villa has a large private plot surrounded by stone walls. The entrance to the complex is private with an access code, and inside, it is divided into dirt roads similar to streets through the extensive countryside.
How do you get to Formentera’s beaches from the Villa?
The Villas are located away from the busiest roads, which is why the silence in these houses is so appreciated. To reach any of the beaches, you must take a paved road between stone walls leading to the main road to Cala Saona (and its coves, just 10 minutes away).
If you take the detour towards San Francisco, you can reach any of the beaches in about 10 minutes.
How often are the sheets and towels changed? Is there daily cleaning?
Every 3-4 days, towels are changed / Every 7 days, sheets are changed.
Cleaning during your stay is not included.
If you want daily cleaning service or cleaning on a specific day, it can be arranged as an extra and must be coordinated in advance.
What time is check-in and check-out? Can you store my luggage on the last day?
Check-in at the Villas is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM at the latest.
Regarding luggage, Formentera Natural can store it for you until check-in time or after check-out until your ferry departure.

If you’re looking for a Villa in Formentera for children, these three houses are an excellent choice.
