Casa Cristina is an excellent option for families or groups of friends, as it offers several separate areas distributed around a central patio.
With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is distributed as follows:
In the main area:
Living room, spacious, with sofas and stunning views.
Dining room, very comfortable, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar.
Kitchen, equipped with a fridge, oven, gas stove, microwave, Italian and capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and a fully stocked set of kitchenware.
Both the living room and kitchen provide access to a beautiful porch with sea views, furnished with a table, chairs, and sun loungers.
2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, both with A/C.
1 bathroom, with a shower and bidet.
In the first annex:
1 double bedroom, with a double bed, air conditioning, and 1 en-suite bathroom.
In the second annex:
1 triple bedroom, with single beds (can be arranged as a double), air conditioning, and 1 en-suite bathroom with a bidet.
The equipment includes an iron, wi-fi, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, and BBQ. There is a very small TV.
A staircase leads to the rooftop, offering stunning views (not equipped with garden furniture).

Just 1.5 km from the center of Sant Francesc, this beautiful house is located on Camino de los Molinos, an area with stunning views of the island and countryside. Access to the house is via a secondary road of about 150 m, unpaved and in fair condition.
Sant Francesc is the charming capital of the island. It offers all services: supermarket, banks, shops, bars, renowned restaurants, artisan market, etc.
The nearest beaches are located at a distance of 4 to 6 km: Illetes, Levante, Es Pujols, and Migjorn.

In general, this house offers a very good price considering its features.
The minimum stay is 5-7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and cleaning upon arrival and departure.
They do not include the Formentera eco-tax.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To make a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Cancellations are penalty-free up to 90 days before arrival. From 89 to 11 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total reservation. After this period, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be applied if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
