In the heart of the countryside, Casa Neus, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is located just 500 meters from the small village of Pilar de La Mola.
Built on the foundation of an old rural estate, with exposed ancient stone walls, the property has been recently renovated with all the comforts of a modern home.
In the MAIN SECTION of the house, you will find:
2 double bedrooms.
One with a double bed and the other with twin beds (which can be prepared as a double). Both with air conditioning.
2 bathrooms.
With shower, bidet, and hairdryer.
Kitchen.
Very spacious and fully equipped, featuring a vitroceramic cooktop, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, Italian and capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, and complete kitchenware.
Living-Dining Room.
Spacious and full of natural light, featuring a sofa, air conditioning, and TV. It connects to the porch area through a large glass door.
The equipment also includes a washing machine, Wi-Fi, iron, and safe.
Next to the pool, you will find the ANNEX, with 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed and 1 en-suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
It has air conditioning and is accessible only externally.
The OUTDOOR AREA of Casa Neus surprises with its wide-open views of the natural surroundings, offering a complete sensory experience.
There is a pool with a wooden deck, equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as a sunbathing area.
The porch is designed for outdoor dining.

Casa Neus is conveniently located just 500 meters from the small village of Pilar de La Mola, where you’ll find a supermarket, an ATM, a beautiful church, several fashion and design shops, and a handful of excellent restaurants.
This village hosts the famous Artisan Market every Wednesday and Sunday, featuring renowned artists and a lively cultural atmosphere—an event not to be missed.
Just 4-5 km away, you’ll find Es Arenals Migjorn Beach, one of the island’s trendiest spots, with stylish beachside restaurants like Casa Formentera (formerly Casa Pachá), Chiringuito Km 11 (formerly Pirata Bus), and other iconic island venues.
Also nearby, the stunning Cala des Morts in Migjorn is well worth a visit.
At the same distance, but with a more family-friendly vibe, Es Caló Beach is perfect for snorkeling in its crystal-clear coves.
This charming fishing village is home to some of the island’s best restaurants, including Rafalet, Can Pascual, and Es Caló Restaurant.

Rates:
Please inquire about rates via email, as they vary depending on dates, number of guests, and length of stay.
Generally speaking, the prices for this accommodation fall into the mid-to-high range.
The minimum stay during high season is 6-7 nights. However, feel free to ask about availability, as we may have last-minute openings.
Our prices are all-inclusive, covering taxes, bed linens, towels, and cleaning upon arrival and departure.
For stays longer than one week, a linen and towel change is included.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Policy and Cancellations:
To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 31 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation.
Beyond this period, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be applied if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
