It is ideal for a group of couples, as it has three bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms.
Every detail has been carefully considered with love and good taste.
It is distributed across two floors and an annex, as follows:
On the ground floor, we find:
1 bedroom with A/C and a double bed.
1 bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer.
Living-dining room, with sofas and a TV.
Kitchen connected to the porch, equipped with everything you need: fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker (Italian and Nespresso), and dishwasher.
In the Annex:
1 double bedroom with A/C and en-suite bathroom, featuring its own outdoor area.
On the upper floor:
1 double bedroom with A/C and en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bidet and hairdryer. It also has its own terrace.
The house’s equipment includes a washing machine, iron, and Wi-Fi.

Various spaces to enjoy the fresh air: porches, terraces, and decks, all furnished with garden furniture.

Located on a picturesque rural road near Punta Prima, La Casita is less than 2 km from Es Pujols beaches, Migjorn beaches, and Sant Ferrán.
The small town of Sant Ferrán offers all services and a good selection of restaurants, nightlife, and artistic markets. There are also concerts and film screenings in its lively main square.
On the other hand, Es Pujols is the most touristy town on the island, located by the beach, offering all services and a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants.

In general, prices are mid-range.
The minimum stay is 4 to 7 nights, depending on the dates of the stay.
Prices include taxes, sheets, and towels, as well as cleaning at check-in and check-out.
They do not include the Formentera eco-tax.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To reserve, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is paid one month before arrival.
In case of cancellation for personal reasons, deposits paid will not be refunded.
No cancellation fees will be charged if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Does Casa Butterfly have air conditioning?
Yes, it has air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
Can I walk to the towns or the sea?
If you enjoy walking, reaching one of the two nearby towns will be a pleasant stroll of less than 2 km… Possibly not ideal if you plan to go to the center or the beach often.
On the other hand, a path of only 400 m leads to the sea, although it is a rather rocky area. It’s beautiful for walking, enjoying the views, and finding a spot among the rocks for a swim (there are no sandy beaches here).
This area is very well connected to several places on the island through the Formentera Green Routes, ideal for walking or cycling.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I use luggage storage for the last day?
The maximum check-in time is around 5:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
However, we do our best to be flexible with these times, depending on our schedule for arrivals and departures.

Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning cleaning at check-in and check-out, taxes, electricity, water, sheets, and towels are included.
