The charming Casa Levante, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 half-bath, is perfect for enjoying outdoor living, relaxing on its fresh porches where the lake breeze arrives.
It is distributed as follows:
1 double bedroom, with a double bed, A/C, and a ceiling fan.
1 triple bedroom, with single beds, A/C, and a ceiling fan.
1 double bedroom, located in an annex (accessed via the porch), with a double bed, A/C, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom.
The house has a total of 3 bathrooms. Two of them have showers (one ensuite), and the third is a half-bath, without a shower.

Kitchen with a breakfast bar, equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, full kitchenware, and dishwasher. Additionally, a small annex room serves as a pantry.

Illetes beaches are also very close, just 2 km away.
The area is particularly quiet, but at the same time, it is very close to Es Pujols (1 km) and La Savina Port (4 km). In both towns, you will find all services and a renowned gastronomic, commercial, and leisure offer.

In general, prices are in the mid-high range.
The minimum stay is 6-7 nights.
However, check dates as we may have availability gaps.
Prices include taxes, sheets, towels, and cleaning at check-in and check-out.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To reserve, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Cancellations are penalty-free up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival, the cost is 30% of the total reservation. Beyond this period, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Can I walk to Levante beaches?
If you enjoy walking, this house is perfect for you.
The closest beaches are Levante, 550 m away, with many spots to explore.
You can also walk to Es Pujols beaches, approximately 1 km away.
By following the paths of the natural park, you can also walk to Ses Illetes beaches, near the famous Tiburón and Beso Beach.
Another great idea would be to rent bikes to easily move between the wide variety of protected beaches in the Ses Salines Natural Park (Illetes, Es Trucadors, Levante) as well as Es Pujols beaches.
Do I have to pay to enter Illetes beach if I go by car or scooter from the house?
Although this house is in the Ses Salines Natural Park, its location is outside the control gate. Therefore, if you go by car or scooter to these beaches, you will need to pay the usual fee for the vehicle.
However, keep in mind that bicycles and electric vehicles do not pay an entry fee. And of course, you do not have to pay if you walk to the beach.
What are the check-in and check-out times for this rental house? Is luggage storage available for the last day?
The check-in time is scheduled for 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
However, we always try to be flexible with these times, depending on the arrivals and departures we have scheduled.

Is everything included in the price of Casa Levante on Levante Beach, Formentera?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning cleaning at check-in and check-out, taxes, electricity, water, sheets, and towels are included.
The eco-tax of Formentera is not included, a tax charged upon arrival in the Balearic Islands (€2.20 per night per person over 16 years old).
Is Casa Levante suitable for staying with children?
We can confidently say that this house is very comfortable for families with children.
First, there is plenty of outdoor space for them to play, and the street has no vehicle traffic.
In addition, the house is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, adding convenience.
Finally, towns and beaches are very close.
In fact, the closest beach is just 550 m away, perfect for older children, although it might be a bit far if you have to move a stroller or very young children.
If you need to travel by vehicle, the nearest beaches have ample parking areas.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed in Casa de Levante.
Do I need a vehicle?
Having some form of transportation is recommended… while you can walk to the beach, the nearest service areas (supermarket, restaurants, etc.) are approximately 1 km away in Es Pujols.
The area is great if you plan to get around by bike.
