In a privileged location, Casa en Arenals is just 400 meters from one of the best beaches in Formentera.
The natural surroundings are spectacular, and the house has been designed in every detail to be practical, with very simple and fluid décor that highlights the value of the essentials.
It features:
3 double bedrooms.
Each with 2 single beds (which can be prepared as doubles).
All have their own access to the exterior and air conditioning.
2 bathrooms.
With shower, hairdryer.
Kitchen.
Connected to both the living room and the porch, it includes a cooktop, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, Italian and capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, and full utensils.
Living and dining room.
Simple and bright, with a sofa bed, air conditioning, and Smart TV. It connects to the porch area through a large sliding glass door.

On Es Arenals Beach, you’ll find the famous restaurant Casa Formentera (formerly Casa Pachá), Chiringuito Km 11 (formerly Pirata Bus), and other iconic island spots.
Some of the best beach restaurants and bars can be reached via a wooden walkway along the sea.
Prices and conditions
Rates:
Please check rates via email, as they vary depending on dates, number of people, and length of stay.
As a general guideline, prices for this accommodation are in the mid-high range.
The minimum stay during high season is 6-7 nights. However, check the dates as we may have gaps available.
Our prices are final and include taxes, sheets, towels, and cleaning at check-in and check-out.
For stays longer than a week, a change of sheets and towels is included.
They do not include the Formentera eco-tax.
Policy and cancellations:
To book, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations are penalty-free up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 31 days before arrival, the cost is 50% of the total reservation.
Beyond this period, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will be applied if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

This accommodation has all the comforts for families with children.
The private pool is a big plus, along with the large grounds for kids to play and enjoy nature. Another advantage is that very few vehicles pass by the path, and those that do cannot go fast, making the surroundings very safe.
It is also highly recommended for couples, as all bedrooms have their own exterior access and air conditioning, providing greater privacy.
While the beds are single, they can be prepared as doubles.

Do I need a vehicle?
Even though the house is just a few meters from the sea and several restaurants, we always recommend having some form of private transportation.
