Two beautiful independent houses, separated by approximately 50 m, set in a stunning farmland property.
Very private, they were built in the local island style, comfortable and cozy.
Each house includes:
2 double bedrooms.
One with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and another with two single beds, that can be prepared also as a double bed (option to add an extra bed). Both with air conditioning.
2 bathrooms.
With shower, hairdryer, and amenities. One of them en-suite.
Kitchen.
Integrated into the living room, equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, Italian coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher.
Dining area.

TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, iron, air conditioning, and heating.

The fantastic La Finca houses are located in a peaceful rural area, just a couple of kilometers from Sant Francesc.
This village is the island’s capital and offers all services: pharmacy, banks, supermarkets, fashion stores, bars, and excellent gastronomy.
The closest beach is Cala Saona, approximately 3 km away.
Other beaches: Illetes, Migjorn, Levante, are 6-7 km away.
Prices and Conditions
Rates.
We invite you to ask us for the rates by email, as they vary depending on the dates.
Generally, the prices are in the mid–high range.
The minimum stay is 5 to 7 nights.
However, check dates, as we may have some availability for shorter stays.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, initial and final cleaning.
Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days, also a general cleaning.
The Formentera ecotax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To book, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required, and the balance must be paid 30 days prior.
Cancellations have no penalty up to 60 days before arrival.
Beyond this period, no refunds are made.
We will provide flexibility to change dates if the trip cannot be completed due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Do the La Finca houses have A/C?
Yes, they have air conditioning in all rooms.
If I rent bikes or scooters, how can I transport my luggage to the house?
By booking with Formentera Natural, your accommodation + motorbikes/bikes, you don’t need to worry about this.
We will welcome you at the port and take care of transporting your luggage to the accommodation. Similarly, you can count on this service for your departure day.
(The luggage transfer service is provided free of charge from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Outside these hours, check availability and cost with us).
What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I use a luggage storage service for the last day?
The check-in time is scheduled for 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
However, we always try to be flexible with these times, depending on the arrivals and departures we have scheduled.
By booking with Formentera Natural, you always have access to a luggage storage service for the last day of your stay.
Are house rentals in Formentera all-inclusive?
Our prices are always all-inclusive. This means initial and final cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
The Formentera ecotax, a tax charged upon arrival in the Balearic Islands, is not included.
Are the La Finca houses suitable for staying with children?
This accommodation offers all the comforts for staying with children.
The private pool is a big plus, along with the spacious outdoor area where they can play and enjoy nature.
You also have access to a washing machine and dishwasher, which is especially helpful with little ones.
Can I bring my pet?
With prior authorization, it is possible for the owners to accept pets (depending on their characteristics).
In any case, feel free to ask.
Do I need a vehicle?
Having some form of transportation is necessary, as you’ll need it to get to the village and beaches.

How often are the sheets and towels changed?
This house includes cleaning service, with a change of towels and sheets every 3 or 4 days.
