Located on the ground floor of an apartment complex, its location is privileged as it is next to the communal pool. The apartment is functional and features a terrace.
It includes:
2 double bedrooms, with single beds (can be prepared as doubles).
1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
American-style kitchen, equipped with fridge, stovetop, toaster, microwave, Italian coffee maker, and utensils.
Living-dining room, with a sofa bed.

Here you will find clothing stores and an extensive artisan market that decorates the main street. Additionally, the village’s gastronomic offerings are very diverse, ranging from traditional restaurants to vegetarian, sushi, and many more options.
The beaches in the village are especially beautiful but also quite crowded. However, from there begins a wooden boardwalk that leads to all the Levante beaches, much quieter and where nudism is common.

In general, prices are considered economical to mid-range.
The minimum stay is 6 to 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and cleaning at check-in and check-out.
Additionally, linen and towel changes are included (for stays longer than 9 nights).
Not included: Formentera’s eco-tax and cleaning services during the stay, although this can be hired as an extra.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Cancellation is penalty-free up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 11 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total reservation. Beyond this period, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Is the pool close to the apartment?
The location of this apartment is privileged regarding the pool in the complex. The apartment’s terrace faces the communal patio and is only 6 meters from the pool. Since the terrace has a private entrance, tables, and chairs, it creates a very pleasant space to spend the day.
Can you walk to the beach?
The village of Es Pujols features a beautiful beach along the seaside promenade, with calm, shallow waters (ideal for children). These beaches are just 150 meters from the apartment.
If you’re looking for less crowded areas, you can follow the wooden walkway that will take you to the beaches of Sa Roqueta (15 minutes on foot) and Levante (30 minutes).
Another attraction of this location is snorkeling around the small islets or cliff jumping into the sea at the Punta Prima caves.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Is there a place to leave my luggage?
The apartment’s check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

For children and elderly guests, the main advantage is that the apartment is on the ground floor and very close to the beach. Additionally, the terrace integrated with the living room features a child-proof gate for added safety.

Do I need to rent a vehicle if I stay in Es Pujols?
