Facilities and Services.
The building consists of three apartments, decorated in the simple and pleasant island style.
The 1-bedroom apartment accommodates two people. It has a double bed and is located on the ground floor.
The two 2-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to six people.
One is on the ground floor, and the other is on the upper floor. They feature single beds, which can also be set up as double beds, in addition to two sofa beds in the living room.
All apartments include:
1 or 2 double bedrooms.
A bathroom, with shower and hairdryer.
Living-dining room.
Kitchen with breakfast bar, equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker (Italian and Nespresso), toaster.
Porch, with table and chairs.
Air conditioning, fans, iron, safe, Wi-Fi, TV.

Location of Aptos Es Caló.
Located in the center of the small and picturesque village of Es Caló, the Centro Apartments are an excellent choice for those seeking beaches and comfort.
To reach the beaches and coves, you only need to walk 100-200 meters. The area is perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
Es Caló provides all essential services: supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, bar, and three excellent restaurants: Rafalet, Es Caló, and Can Pascual.
A couple of kilometers away, you will also find some of the best beaches in Migjorn (accessed through the Hotel Riu or Pirata Bus).
A 3-4 km uphill journey will take you to the picturesque village of La Mola (you can also walk there via the green route “Camí de Sa Pujada”). On Wednesdays and Sundays, there is a lively artisan market.
A must-see: visit the Lighthouse with its stunning views over the Mediterranean.

In general, the prices are mid-range, and there are attractive discounts for children.
The minimum stay is 4 to 6 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, sheets, towels, and cleaning at check-in and check-out.
Sheet replacement is done once a week, and towels are replaced twice a week.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To reserve, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations. 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged if canceled more than 30 days in advance. 100% of the reservation will be charged if canceled 30 days or less before arrival.
No cancellation fees will be applied if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).
Changes. Flexibility is offered to change dates instead of canceling, subject to availability and management fees determined by the accommodation.

Do the apartments in Es Caló have A/C?
Yes, they are equipped with air conditioning.
Can I walk to the Es Caló beach? What about Migjorn beach?
You only need to walk 100 m to reach the paradisiacal beaches of Es Caló.
Migjorn beaches (in front of the Pirata Bus beach bar) are 2 km away, a bit far for walking, but not too much if you enjoy hiking. The path goes through a scenic trail among pine trees and farms.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Is there luggage storage for the last day?
The check-in time is scheduled around 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
However, we do our best to accommodate flexible timings based on the expected arrivals and departures.
Booking with Formentera Natural includes luggage storage and courtesy bathroom service for the last day of your stay.
Is everything included in the rental price for the apartment in Formentera?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning cleaning upon arrival and departure, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
The ecotax of Formentera, a tax collected upon arrival in the Balearic Islands, is not included.
Are these apartments suitable for staying with children?
The pedestrian-friendly village of Es Caló is great for families with children. It’s very quiet and family-oriented, and the 2-bedroom apartments are comfortable.
Additionally, this accommodation offers good discounts for families with children.
As a drawback, please note that there is no washing machine or dishwasher available.
Can I bring my dog?
Among the apartment rental options in Formentera, pets are not allowed in the Es Caló Centro apartments.
Do I need a vehicle?
In this particular location, you can manage without renting any type of vehicle, as you have access to the beach and all services nearby.
The gastronomic offerings are among the best on the island, so you can easily spend several days here without needing to travel to other areas.
That said, we recommend renting a vehicle for at least a few days to explore the island, including its lighthouses, beaches, villages, markets, and more.
