This lovely apartment complex on the Ses Vinyes Road is surrounded by a spacious park, with views of the lake and Es Vedrá.
It offers two well-differentiated types of accommodation: Std apartments, basic and comfortable; and Superior apartments, recently renovated with all comforts.
All studios and apartments feature a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV.
The beds are single but can be arranged as a double.
Superior Studios

Recently renovated studios with a spacious terrace offering views of the lake and Es Vedrá. The kitchenette includes a vitroceramic hob, small fridge, coffee maker, and kitchenware.
Standard Studios

Superior Apartments

The Camí de Ses Vinyes is a charming rural path that connects Es Pujols and San Ferrán. Due to its beauty, it is part of Formentera’s green routes.
The village of Sant Ferrán, just 1 km away, offers lively nightlife, artisan markets, restaurants, and open-air concerts.
The village of Es Pujols, with fantastic beaches, is one of the most touristy spots in Formentera. It has plenty of bars, restaurants, and nightclubs. Its artisan promenade along the coast is famous, and there’s always a lively atmosphere.
There are many beaches near the apartments (less than 1 km away). In addition to Es Pujols, you can enjoy the entire stretch of beach along Levante, such as Sa Roqueta or Kiosko Levante.
The beaches of Illetes are also very close, just over 2 km away.
Prices and conditions

In general, the price for Std apartments is moderate, while Sup apartments are slightly higher.
Rates vary depending on the number of people or if there are children in the group. Therefore, it’s best to contact us at formenteranatural@gmail.com.
The minimum stay is 4 to 5 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, sheets and towels (changed every 7 days), and cleaning upon arrival and departure.
They do not include the Formentera eco-tax.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To book, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations have no penalty up to 60 days before arrival.
After this period, no refunds are made.
Flexibility will be provided to change dates if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Why is it a good location?
In Formentera, apartments are usually located in urban centers or rural areas. These apartments are a great middle ground between the two options, as they are in a rural environment but provide easy access to Es Pujols village, just 600 meters away.
Remember that Es Pujols has beaches, bars, and plenty of daytime and nighttime activity.
What is the difference between the “Standard” and “Superior” options?
We are always looking to improve for our clients, so the apartments are being renovated in two phases. Therefore, we now offer two categories:
1 – Standard: These are spacious, bright apartments with basic furniture. The kitchen has everything you need.
2- Superior: In 2019, a complete renovation was done on some apartments, featuring wooden floors, modern bathrooms, and functional equipment. The decor stands out as being inspired by the island itself.
Check-In and Check-Out
The expected check-in time for the apartments is around 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
However, we always try to be flexible with these times depending on the arrivals and departures we have scheduled.
Is everything included in the price of this apartment?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, so you won’t have any surprises later.
The only thing not included is the Balearic eco-tax, a fee collected upon arrival in Formentera.
If I’m traveling to Formentera with kids, are these apartments a good option?
100% yes. These apartments offer many of the amenities families need, including:
– A quiet environment with no car traffic.
– An extensive park with trees where kids can play safely (many of the apartments have porches connected to the park).
– Spacious interiors.
– Close proximity to the best beaches for kids, such as Es Pujols and Sa Roqueta (these beaches are shallow and sandy).
Can I host gatherings in the park and use the BBQ?
The park is spacious, featuring large trees, some sun loungers, tables, and a BBQ area with a paella pan, all available for communal use.
If you’d like to host a gathering in the park, simply ask for permission at reception. As long as it doesn’t inconvenience other guests, it won’t be a problem.
Can I bring my pet?
In Formentera, most apartments do not accept pets. Unfortunately, this property is no exception.
Do I need to rent a vehicle in Formentera?
Specifically for this accommodation, it’s not strictly necessary. Being near the village and only 600 meters from a bus stop with a good schedule, you can get around without renting a vehicle in Formentera.
Another great feature for those who enjoy walking or cycling is that you can reach Es Pujols, San Ferrán, San Francesc, and La Savina by following the green routes, which are very pleasant and don’t require using the main roads.
