The nearest village is Sant Ferrán, 3 km away, with all services and a lively nightlife.

In general, prices are mid-range, with interesting discounts in the low season.
The minimum stay is 3-4 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, sheets, towels, and daily cleaning. Breakfast is also included.
Does not include the Formentera ecotax.
To book, a 30% deposit is required.
The balance must be paid 10 days before arrival.
-If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, no charges will be made.
-If you cancel or modify the reservation after this period, the establishment will charge 30% of the total stay.
-If you cancel 10 days before the arrival date or fail to show up, the establishment will charge the full stay.
-No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

The small Ca Mari urbanization is purely touristic, offering all the services visitors need.
Here you will find Super Ca Marí with the essentials; however, it is advisable to go to one of the towns for the main shopping.
As for restaurants, the most notable in the area are: Real Playa (rice dishes and fish by the sea), Kiosko Ca Mari—delicious, simple, and reasonably priced—and South Formentera Beach (Mediterranean cuisine).
A short walk away, we also recommend the beach restaurant Sa Platgeta, with a relaxed atmosphere by the sea where you can enjoy fish and rice dishes at good prices.
Don’t miss the sunset gathering at Kiosko 62, where you can enjoy the sunset with great music and ambiance.
