Located in an exceptional natural environment within the Ses Salines Natural Park of Formentera, and very close to the beaches of Ses Illetes and Levante.
These buildings were originally part of the salt production infrastructure and have been tastefully renovated and decorated.
Each house is unique, with its own charm.
All the houses include:
1 or 2 bedrooms, with single beds (can be arranged together) and air conditioning.
Living-dining area, with TV, fan, and sofa.
Basic kitchen (corner or American bar style) with microwave, small fridge, capsule coffee machine, and utensils.
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

We invite you to contact us via email for rates, as they vary by season and number of guests. Additionally, attractive offers are available if you choose a non-refundable rate.
Generally, prices are mid-range, except in August when they are mid-to-high range.
The minimum stay is 2 to 4 nights, depending on whether it is low or high season.
Prices include taxes. Also, towel changes every 3-4 days and bed linen changes every 6-7 days.
Do not include the Formentera ecotax.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
Flexible Rate.
A 100% payment of the total is required to reserve.
Free cancellation is allowed up to 30 days before the arrival date. After this time, no refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Rate with a 10% discount.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. This rate does not allow for cancellations or changes.

Does the rental house in Ses Salines Formentera have air conditioning?
These casitas have air conditioning in all bedrooms, but not in the living room.
Can I walk to Ses Illetes beaches? What about Levante beaches?
You can walk to the Ses Illetes beaches, as they are not too far (around 600 m from the beaches near Beso Beach and Tiburón). A lovely path along the salt flats will take you there.
The serene Levante beaches are a bit farther, approximately 900 meters away, requiring a short walk along the road.
A good idea would be to rent bicycles to easily explore the wide range of protected beaches in the Ses Salines natural park (Illetes, Es Trucadors, Levante) as well as the beaches of Es Pujols.
Is the noise from cars a problem at this location?
Although the casitas are located near the road connecting La Savina and Es Pujols, they are surrounded by a line of vegetation that acts as a barrier, reducing noise.
However, during certain peak times, there might be increased traffic noise, especially around sunset.
That said, it’s likely that at sunset you won’t be at the house either, as you’ll also be enjoying Formentera’s most famous sunsets, just 600 m away. 🙂

Do I need to pay for access to Illetes Beach if I go by car or scooter from the casitas?
These casitas are located very close to Ses Illetes but outside the entrance control point. Consequently, if you go by car or scooter to these beaches, you will need to pay the usual vehicle fee.
However, keep in mind that bicycles and electric vehicles are exempt from the fee. And of course, you don’t have to pay if you walk to the beach.
What are the check-in and check-out times for this rental house? Is there luggage storage available for the last day?
The check-in time is at 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00.
When booking with Formentera Natural, you will always have luggage storage available for the first and last day of your stay.
Is everything included in the price of the house in Ses Salines Formentera?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning entry and exit cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
The ecotax of Formentera, a tax applied in the Balearic Islands, is not included.
Is the house in Ses Salines suitable for staying with children?
Among the options for renting a house in Formentera, these do not have any particular advantages or disadvantages for families with children.
Probablemente a la playa tendrás que ir con coche, pues si bien está cerca, no está tan cerca.
Por otro lado, cuentas con todos los servicios en Es Pujols y La Savina, además de una gran variedad de playas paradisíacas, todo a menos de 2 km de distancia. En consecuencia, si te gusta estar cerca de todo, pero sin resignar tu tranquilidad, estas casitas pueden ser lo que estás buscando.
Recuerda que no cuentas con lavadora ni lavajillas, y que la cocina es básica… en una estancia prolongada con niños podrías echarlos en falta.

Do I need a vehicle if I stay at this Formentera house?
Having some type of transportation is recommended… the beach is nearby but not very close (approximately 600 m), and the nearest service areas (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) are more than 1-2 km away, in the port of La Savina and Es Pujols.

Additionally, you have access to the Formentera public bus, which connects you with La Savina and Es Pujols, and from there to other towns and beaches on the island.
If I rent a scooter or bicycles, how can I transport my luggage?
By booking with Formentera Natural, your accommodation + scooters/bikes, you don’t need to worry about this.
We will meet you at the port and take care of transporting your luggage* to the accommodation. Likewise, you can count on this service for your departure day.

How often are sheets and towels replaced?
These bungalows offer a towel change every 3-4 days and a sheet change every 6-7 days.
Can I choose the bungalow I will get?
It is not possible to choose a specific bungalow, but you can decide whether you prefer one with 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms.
It is important to note that all bungalows are different from one another. For example, some have a kitchenette, others have an American bar, or even a separate kitchen from the living area, depending on which one you are assigned.
But what we can guarantee is that whichever bungalow you are assigned, you will love it, as all of them are beautiful.
