This eco-resort is one of the highest-rated accommodations in Formentera, located on the frontline of Migjorn Beach, Arenals area.
It features a swimming pool with sea views, restaurant, bar, reception, courtesy bathrooms, and electric vehicles to reach the beach or move within the resort.
The suites and rooms are arranged in small clusters, styled like bungalows scattered among the dunes and surrounded by the island’s native vegetation.

They feature a seating area with a sofa and table, as well as a private terrace overlooking the sea.

There are different options depending on the family’s needs.
For a couple with one child, we recommend booking one of the Suites, which have a separate bedroom.
In the case of a couple with one or two older children, you can choose one of the Family Suites (which are two Panoramic Suites connected to each other).
For larger groups, there is the option of booking 2, 3, or 4 suites connected together to form a villa. Contact us if you’re interested in this option.
Location
Migjorn Beach Accommodation, Formentera.
The location is privileged within Migjorn Beach, just a few meters from the sea and the most iconic bars and beach clubs. The area is very peaceful, and the beaches are wide, with white sands and turquoise waters.
A path leads 100 meters from the apartments to the beach. To the right of the complex is the restaurant, featuring a beautiful swimming pool with sea views.
The area also boasts excellent dining options: Insula, Casa Formentera, Fragata, 10.7, and Es Codols. Additionally, there are lively beach clubs like the iconic Kilómetro 11 (Ex Pirata Bus) or La Gitana (Ex La Franja).
About 2 km away, on the other side of the road, you’ll find the beaches of Es Caló, which offer all services: supermarkets, bars, and renowned seafood restaurants like Rafalet or Pascual.

Do the double rooms, suites, and panoramic suites have A/C?
Yes, all the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Is it easy to access Migjorn Beach, Formentera?
The suites are literally on Migjorn Beach, nestled between dunes and savin forests. You just need to walk 100-150 m along a lovely path, without any difficulty.
Remember that you also have access to a free electric vehicle transfer service provided by the eco-resort, to get to the beach or move within the property.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Is there luggage storage for the last day?
Check-in is scheduled for around 3:00 PM, and check-out is around 12:00 PM.
The resort provides luggage storage (upon arrival and departure), along with courtesy bathrooms, bar services, and pool access.
What services are included in the price?
Included services are: daily cleaning, pool and beach towels, umbrellas, buffet breakfast, pillow menu, and mini-bar.
The Formentera eco-tax, a tax charged in the Balearic Islands, is not included.
Is the beach area under the resort private?
In Spain, beaches are public.
Therefore, while the Eco-resort Dunas is next to the sea, it does not have a beach exclusively for guests.
At the beach (Arenals, Migjorn), you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, which are not managed by the resort but are part of the public beach services.
Is there private parking?
Guests arriving with their own vehicle can use the parking area (not covered), which belongs to the eco-resort.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed in the resort or on the beaches.
Should I rent a vehicle in advance?
Having your own transportation in Formentera is always recommended.
Even though being so close to the beach might mean you won’t use it much, Formentera has the unique feature that when the wind blows from one side, you can go to the opposite side and find the sea calm as a swimming pool. Additionally, you can explore the island, such as climbing to La Mola for the Hippie Market on Wednesdays or Sundays, or visiting the tourist village of Es Pujols for dinner.

If I rent a motorbike or bicycle, how can I manage my luggage?
