Nearby, there are several options for beach bars such as Kiosko Ca Mari and Kiosko Karai (formerly Kiosko 62). A little further away, a wooden boardwalk along the beach leads to Amagatai (formerly Lucky) or the iconic Blue Bar.
Being located right in the middle of the island, it is very easy to reach any of the main points of the island by car, bike, or scooter. For example, San Francesc or the tourist town of Es Pujols (both just 5 km away), Es Caló at 6 km, or Ses Illetes at 9 km.

The minimum stay is 5 nights.
Prices include taxes, bath and beach towels, and daily cleaning.
They do not include the Formentera eco-tax or breakfast, which is available as an optional service.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To book, a 50% deposit of the total is required.
The balance is due 20 days before arrival.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 45 days before arrival.
Between 44 and 21 days before arrival, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Less than 20 days before arrival, no refunds will be made.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot be completed due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Do the bungalows have A/C?
Yes, they are equipped with air conditioning.
In the studios, there is one unit in the living area.
In the apartments, the A/C is located in both the living area and the bedroom.
Can I walk to Migjorn Beach in Formentera?
The Migjorn beaches are just 20 m away.
In front of the beach, there is a wooden boardwalk that runs along Migjorn in both directions, allowing you to reach the beach bars without having to walk on the sand.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Is luggage storage available for the last day?
The expected check-in time is around 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

What is included in the price?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, which means cleaning upon arrival and departure, taxes, electricity, water, sheets, and towels are included.
This resort also includes daily cleaning and beach towels.
The breakfast service is offered as an optional.
The Formentera eco-tax, a tax charged upon arrival in the Balearic Islands, is not included.
Are the bungalows suitable for couples? What about families?
The bungalows feature a very thoughtful design, making them ideal for couples (enhanced by the tranquility of the location and proximity to the beach).
Families with children will also feel comfortable, as long as they keep in mind that the equipment is limited: there is no dishwasher or washing machine, and the fridge is small.
On the other hand, the peaceful atmosphere and the proximity to the sea make these bungalows perfect for a vacation with children.
What is nearby for dining or shopping?
The culinary offerings at Migjorn Beach are very diverse and come at different price points. Choosing where to eat or dine is a matter of taste.
You’ll find the Ca Marí supermarket with the essentials, but it is recommended to go to one of the nearby towns for the main shopping (for more variety and better prices).
As for restaurants, the most notable ones in the area are: Real Playa (rice dishes and seafood by the sea), Kiosko Ca Mari – delicious, simple, and reasonably priced – and South Formentera Beach (Mediterranean cuisine).
Walking a bit further, we also recommend the beach restaurant Sa Platgeta, with a relaxed atmosphere by the sea where you can enjoy fish and rice dishes at good prices.
A must-visit is the sunset at Chiringuito Amagatai (formerly Kiosko 62), where you can watch the sunset with great music and atmosphere.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed.
Do I need a vehicle?
Having some form of transportation is recommended.
You might not need it every day, as the area has everything (beach, restaurants, some services), but this peaceful corner of the island is a bit remote from other beaches. Additionally, the nearest town, Sant Francesc, is about 3 km away.
