The minimum stay is 2 to 4 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, daily cleaning, and towel changes.
The eco-tax of Formentera is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
Flexible Rate.
To book, an advance payment equivalent to the total price is required.
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date. After this period, no refunds are issued.
Non-refundable Rate, with a 10-15% discount.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. This rate does not allow cancellations.
For both rates. Cancellation fees will not apply if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Can I walk to the beach?
After crossing the pool patio, you only need to walk along a short boardwalk to find yourself in the middle of one of Formentera’s best beaches.
If you enjoy walking along the beach, a 10-minute stroll along the promenade and the boardwalk will lead you to the beginning of Levante beaches, which are typically less crowded.
Given the central location, are these apartments noisy?
Due to their orientation facing the beach, street noise is not a major issue.
For most of the year, Es Pujols is a fairly quiet village.
However, keep in mind that from mid-July to the end of August, tourist activity increases, particularly with young people, as this is the hub of nightlife.
If you are looking for absolute tranquility, then you should avoid staying here during these two months.
On the other hand, if you enjoy tourist activity and a lively atmosphere, Es Pujols will be the ideal place for your vacation.

Check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
“Late check-out” is optional.

Is everything included in the daily rate?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, therefore cleaning upon arrival and departure, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
The Eco-tax of Formentera, a Balearic tax, is not included and will be charged upon arrival.
Is Es Pujols a good location if I come with children?
The main advantage of choosing Formentera Es Pujols apartments is that you can walk to the beach with your children, as well as to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. There’s also a pool, which is always appreciated when traveling with kids.
On the other hand, keep in mind that in July and August, many young people visit this coastal village in Formentera.

Currently, no breakfast or meals are offered at the Es Pujols Beach Apartments. However, you can enjoy the buffet breakfast at Hotel Blanco (owned by the same group), just 200 meters away. Additionally, there are plenty of cafes in the area where you can have breakfast with sea views.
