Equipment and services
The 13 Migjorn Bungalows are located a few meters from the beach, accessed by wooden walkways.
They accommodate a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
There are three types of bungalows, all with stunning sea views:
The Confort-Plus type features a porch with sea views in front of the living room.
The Premium type, slightly more spacious, has a porch with sea views in front of both the living room and the bedroom.
The Penthouse type is located on the upper floor and offers panoramic sea views from all areas, as well as a terrace. Ideal for a honeymoon.
All include:
1 bedroom, with a double bed or two single beds.
Bathroom, with shower and hairdryer.
Living-dining room, with a sofa bed for two people (1.40 m wide).
Kitchen with an American-style bar, equipped with a microwave, gas stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, and kitchenware.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, iron, safe. No TV.
Porch with sea view, equipped with a table and chairs.

Location of Bungalows on Migjorn Beach
At kilometer 9.5 of the island’s main road, you’ll find the turnoff leading to the Migjorn bungalows (approximately 1 km of unpaved road).
This section of the long Migjorn Beach is undoubtedly one of the best, with white sandy beaches and crystal-clear water—the postcard of Formentera you imagine.
Very close by, you’ll find two excellent restaurants (the kind locals go to): Vogamarí and Es Codol. We highly recommend them.
The charming little village of Es Caló is the nearest, 3.5 km away, offering all services and excellent gastronomy, as well as spectacular beaches.
Sant Ferrán is about 5 km away. Its lively nightlife is worth a visit. You’ll find services, an artistic market, bars, and an entertaining square where events and live music are held.
Prices and Conditions
Rates.
We invite you to inquire about the rates via email, as they vary depending on dates and the number of people.
In general, the prices are in the upper-mid range, and there are attractive discounts for children.
The minimum stay is 4 to 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and initial and final cleaning.
Sheets are changed once a week, and towels are replaced twice a week.
The eco-tax of Formentera is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To book, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The balance is paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations. 50% of the total booking amount will be charged if canceled more than 30 days in advance. 100% of the booking amount will be charged if canceled 30 days or less before arrival.
No cancellation fees will be charged when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.)
Changes. Flexibility is offered to change dates instead of canceling, subject to availability and management fees determined by the accommodation.

Do the bungalows have air conditioning?
Yes, all of them have air conditioning.
Can I walk to Migjorn Beach?
The fantastic Migjorn beaches are just 100-150 m away.
The island’s coastline is particularly protected, which is why accommodations are always set slightly back, even in front-row locations.
You reach the beach via wooden walkways, always designed to protect the native dune vegetation.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I store my luggage on the last day?
Check-in is scheduled for around 3:00 PM, and check-out at 10:00 AM.
When booking with Formentera Natural, you have access to a luggage storage service and courtesy bathroom for the last day of your stay.
Does the price for the Migjorn Beach bungalows in Formentera include everything?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, which means entry and exit cleaning, taxes, electricity, water, sheets, and towels are included.
The eco-tax of Formentera, a fee charged upon arrival in the Balearic Islands, is not included.
Are these bungalows suitable for staying with children?
Having a sandy beach just a few meters away is a great advantage for staying with children. Additionally, there is plenty of outdoor space to play, total tranquility, and a family-friendly atmosphere.
Moreover, this property offers excellent discounts for families with children.
As a downside, remember that the equipment is basic. There is no washing machine or dishwasher. No TV either (this could be an advantage or disadvantage depending on the family).
Where can I buy groceries or eat out if I stay at the Migjorn Beach Bungalows in Formentera?
For groceries, you will need to go to Es Caló (3 km) or Sant Ferrán (5 km).
There are two excellent restaurants within walking distance: Vogamarí and Es Códol. Both are island classics and popular with locals.
If you enjoy walking (about 1 km, mostly along boardwalks by the sea), we recommend heading to the Blue Bar and the Lucky beach bar, both offering lively sunsets.
On the other side of the beach, the restaurants 10.7, La Fragata, and the Pirata Bus beach bar complete the culinary offerings in this part of Migjorn Beach.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed at the Migjorn Bungalows.
Do I need a vehicle?
Having some form of transportation is recommended.
The area has a beach and a couple of good restaurants, but you will need a vehicle to reach the village (3.5 km to Sant Francesc and Sant Ferrán), visit other beaches, and explore the island’s attractions.

Motorbike rentals in Formentera
If you walk to the Blue Bar, you’ll find a stop for the public bus of Formentera, which connects you to the island’s main points of interest, although the frequency is limited.
If I rent motorbikes or bicycles, how can I manage my luggage?
When booking with Formentera Natural, your accommodation + motorbikes/bicycles, you don’t need to worry about this issue.
We will meet you at the port and take care of transporting your luggage* to the accommodation. Likewise, you can count on this service for your departure day.
