The apartment is located just 200 meters from the center and the beaches of Es Pujols, the most touristic village on the island of Formentera.
There you will find clothing stores and an extensive craft market decorating the main street. Additionally, the village offers a very diverse gastronomic scene, including traditional, vegetarian, sushi, and many other restaurants.
The beaches in the village are especially beautiful but also quite crowded. However, you have the option of walking along the wooden walkway that leads to all the Levante beaches, which are much quieter and where nudism is common.

In general, prices are mid-range.
The minimum stay is 5 to 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and initial and final cleaning. Also, a change of bed linens and towels once a week.
The Formentera eco-tax is not included.
Payment and cancellation policy.
To reserve, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.
The balance must be paid 15 days before arrival.
Cancellations have no penalty up to 60 days before arrival.
Beyond this period, no refunds are made.
No cancellation fees will apply if the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Can I walk to the beach?
The village of Es Pujols has a beautiful beach along the seafront promenade, with calm and shallow waters (ideal for children). These beaches are just 200 meters from Es Pujols Formentera Houses.
If you’re looking for less crowded spots, you can follow the wooden walkway that will take you to the beaches of Sa Roqueta (15 minutes on foot) and Levante (30 minutes).
Another attraction of this area is snorkeling around the small islets or jumping into the sea from the rocks at the Punta Prima caves.
What are the check-in / check-out times? Is there a place to leave my luggage?
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Are Es Pujols Houses a good option for visiting with children?
Although not very spacious, both houses have two sofa beds in the living room, making it possible to come with one or two children.
There is plenty of outdoor space for children to play, in a fenced patio that is safe for them.
Being able to walk to the beach is another great advantage.
Keep in mind that there is no dishwasher or washing machine; however, there is a launderette just a few meters away.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in this option in Es Pujols, Formentera.
Do I need to rent a vehicle if I stay in Es Pujols?
Having a vehicle is always an advantage to explore every corner or beach on the island. But if you prefer not to, this option is very convenient: both because of the proximity to the village with all services and the beach just 200 meters away.
Additionally, you have access to the Formentera public transportation network, with a stop 300 meters away (the Line 1 goes from La Savina to Es Pujols, and the Line 7 goes from the village to Illetes).
