The mezzanine also connects to a large, sunny terrace, with beautiful views of the village.

Right on the coastline of Es Caló and in the center of the picturesque village, these duplex apartments are ideal for those seeking tranquility, beach, and nearby services.
While the coast directly in front of the accommodation is rocky, you only need to walk a few meters to find fantastic small coves, and about 150 meters to reach wide sandy beaches.
Just a few meters away, you have access to all the services: supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, public parking area, bar, and three excellent restaurants: Rafalet, Es Caló, and Can Pascual.
At a couple of kilometers, you’ll also find some of the best beaches in Migjorn (accessible via Hotel Riú or Arenals).
At approximately 3-4 km uphill, you’ll reach the picturesque village of La Mola (you can also walk there via the green route “Camí de Sa Pujada”). On Wednesdays and Sundays, there’s a lively artisan market.
A must-visit: the Lighthouse, with its stunning views over the Mediterranean.

In general, prices are in the mid-range.
The minimum stay is 5 to 7 nights, depending on the dates.
Prices include taxes, bed linens, towels, and initial and final cleaning. They also include a weekly replacement of bed linens and towels.
The eco-tax of Formentera is not included.
Payment and Cancellation Policy.
To reserve, a deposit of 50% of the total is required.
The balance is paid 15 days before arrival.
Cancellations have no penalty up to 60 days before arrival.
Beyond this period, no refunds are made.
No cancellation fees will apply when the trip cannot take place due to force majeure (e.g., border closures, natural disasters, etc.).

Yes, they do have air conditioning.
Can I walk to the beach of Es Caló? And to Migjorn?
Yes, just a few meters away you’ll find plenty of beaches and coves to explore on foot.
The beaches of Migjorn (in front of the “chiringuito” Km 11, old Pirata Bus beach bar) are 2 km away. It’s a bit far to walk, but not too much if you enjoy walking. You can get there via a lovely path through pine trees and farms.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Is there a luggage storage service for the last day?
The expected check-in time is around 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
When booking with Formentera Natural, you have access to a luggage storage and courtesy bathroom service for the last day of your stay.
Is everything included in the Es Caló Formentera duplex apartments?
Our prices are always all-inclusive, meaning that cleaning upon arrival and departure, taxes, electricity, water, bed linens, and towels are included.
The eco-tax of Formentera is not included. This is a tax charged in the Balearic Islands.
Can I come with children to the duplex apartments in Es Caló Formentera?
The duplex apartments are very convenient for families with children due to their location, as they are just a few meters from the beaches. Additionally, children can play freely in the pedestrian-friendly village of Es Caló.
Just keep in mind that the extra beds are on a mezzanine, which may not be suitable for very young children. Also, note that the kitchen is small, and there is no washing machine available.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are not allowed in the Es Caló Formentera duplex apartments.
Do I need a vehicle if I stay in Es Caló Formentera?
In this particular location, you can do without renting any type of vehicle, as you have the beach and all services just a few meters away.
The gastronomic offerings are among the best on the island, so you can spend several days here without feeling the need to travel to other areas.
However, we recommend renting a vehicle for at least a few days, as there’s so much to see on the island… lighthouses, beaches, villages, markets, and more.
