In general, the cost of renting this house is medium.
The minimum stay is 3-4 nights, depending on the dates.
However, contact us for shorter rentals.
The rental includes taxes, change of towels every 3-4 days. The change of bed linen is every 6-7 days.
It doesn’t include the Formentera ecotax (€ 2.20 per night, only paid by those over 16 years of age).
Cancellation policy / 2022.
COVID: all rates (even non-refundable ones) allow free cancellation for reasons of “force majeure”, such as a confinement for example.
Important: getting sick with covid or having to quarantine is not force majeure.
There is cancellation insurance that covers this contingency, we will gladly advise you.
Standard rate.
To reserve, an advance payment of 100% of the total is made.
It can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Less than that time, no refunds are made.
If the client does not show up, he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.

Do I need to rent a vehicle if I stay in these houses?
One of the advantages of staying in Casitas in La Savina Formentera is that you don’t need to have a vehicle if you don’t want one, since you have everything just a couple of steps away: beach, sunsets, services, market, famous restaurants, nautical activities.
However, we recommend that you take a vehicle for at least a couple of days, as it would be a shame not to get to know the beaches of Migjorn and Es Caló, the lighthouses, the villages, the markets, etc.
Even a bike would be a good idea, to comfortably move around the succession of fantastic beaches of the Ses Salines Natural Park (Cavall d’en Borrás, Es Trucadors, Illetes and Levante)
