This two-story building has a privileged location facing the sea (sea views are partial, due to the vegetation).
The studios are modern and welcoming, decorated with very good taste and all with a terrace or balcony.
The studios are 20 m2 mono-rooms.
The larger studies also feature a sofa bed.
The apartments have a separate bedroom and a small living area with a sofa bed.
They all have:
Double bed or twin beds.
1 bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
American-style kitchen, with refrigerator, toaster, microwave, mini-fridge and complete kitchenware.

These studios are in a beautiful setting, on a rocky outcrop facing the sea. This is one of the quietest areas of the island of Formentera, with fishing piers and small sandy beaches between the rocks.
To the left, just a 10-minute walk away, is the picturesque town of Es Caló and, a little further on, its relaxed white-sand beaches and turquoise sea.
The town provides all the services, including a fantastic gastronomic offer: the fish classics such as Can Rafalet, Restaurante Es Caló, and Can Pascual stand out.
To the right begins the hill of La Mola, with its spectacular cliffs, pine forests and the famous hippie market of La Mola every Wednesday and Sunday afternoon (with stalls, bars and live music).

In general, the cost of renting this house is medium.
The minimum stay is 4-5 nights, depending on the dates.
However, contact us for shorter rentals.
The rental includes taxes, sheets, towels and daily cleaning.
It doesn’t include the Formentera ecotax.
Payments and cancellation policy.
An advance of 30% is required to reserve.
The balance must be paid 10 days before arrival.
-You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
-If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline, the establishment will charge 30% of the entire stay.
-If you cancel 10 days before the arrival date or do not show up, the establishment will charge the entire stay.
-No cancellation fees will be charged when the trip cannot be made due to force majeure (for example: border closures, natural disasters, etc.)

Do these studios for couples have air conditioning?
Indeed, they have central air conditioning. In addition to this, the studios, being facing the sea and having large windows, have the privilege of a very pleasant breeze at night.
Can I take a bath in front of the this Formentera romantic accommodation?
One of the best kept secrets of Formentera are the small beaches and calitas that are right in front of the apartments. Locals usually go there escaping from tourists in search of tranquility.
Between the rocks, small tongues of sand are made that provide privacy and a little shade. On the other hand, the site is ideal for snorkeling, so do not forget to bring your glasses.
What is the check-in and check-out time? Is there a locker to leave my bags?
The check in time of the Es Caló studios is at 3:00 p.m., and check out at 11:00 a.m.

Do I need to rent a vehicle if I stay at the Es Caló studios?
In these accommodations we usually recommend a vehicle to be able to freely enjoy all the nearby attractions: such as going up to La Mola for the market, going to see the sunset at Migjorn beaches or visiting Es Pujols at night.

If you don’t feel like renting a vehicle, Formentera has a public transport network with a stop 600 meters away (Línea 2 goes from La Savina to La Mola and back).

How often is the change of towels and sheets made? Are beach towels provided?
Cleaning takes place daily from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, and towels are changed if they are left on the floor.
Bed linen is changed once a week.
Beach towels can be requested at reception by leaving a deposit of 10 euros (you can exchange dirty towels for a fee of 2 euros per exchange).
